Leather District Real Estate
The Leather District is a small grouping of blocks in Boston in the shadow of the Financial District and South Station and bordering Chinatown. The neighborhood is primarily loft style condos, both new construction and ‘brick and beam’. The condos here tend to be larger from a square footage standpoint however most of them remain open loft style residences with typically only one or two enclosed bedrooms. It has a really laid back, industrial feel and with everything that is developing in the Seaport and Fort Point Channel neighborhoods the proximity to restaurants, shops and activities makes this neighborhood quite attractive.
